Lamb Shoulder©


I cooked my first lamb shoulder yesterday night. It was delicious! 🙂

1 – Lamb Shoulder
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Red Onions
Fresh Organic Rosemary (Can be found in the produce department of the grocery store.)
1- Oven Bag
Oven Pot & Pan
Water (To prevent the pan from burning.)

Four hours in the oven and it was tender and juicy!
