Mann’s Nourish Bowls

Tuesday, I noticed a particular brand, Mann’s Nourish Bowls in Kroger that I came back on Wednesday to try. The particular one that I wanted to get was not available, but I did get two Nourish Bowls that I am looking forward to trying!

It is a Warm Meal, packaging states 4 minutes in the Microwave.

I purchased two different flavors:

Southwest Chipotle

Fresh Veggie Noodles Spicy Thai

WIN_20200226_08_27_01_Pro (2)

I really enjoyed the Southwest Chipotle! The vegetables, salsa, and cheese was so delicious and filling. It consist of Cauliflower, Kale, Kohlrabi, Sweet Potatoes, Black Bean with Chipotle Corn Salsa and Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

The Fresh Veggie Noodles Spicy Thai includes:  Kohlrabi Noodles, Kale, Carrots, Spicy Thai Sauce and Toasted Coconut.

Kroger is one of the best places to find deals on vegetables. I have found this to be true in two different cities and two different townships. They do Woohoo! Deals also known as Manager Specials on different items and if you can catch them at the right time you can really clean up.

I Love Vegetables

I love vegetables. I used to be a Vegetarian and a Pescaterian. I also love to create my own healthy, creative, delicious dishes. Pictured are some ingredients and part of the process of my Mushroom & Spinach Alfredo that I created. I loved eating only vegetables. I have since those times started back eating meat, something that I also love and vegetables pair great with. You can eat vegetables and they be delicious. Who said that eating vegetables couldn’t be good? Who said that vegetables couldn’t be good? Would you like to know how to make vegetable dishes from scratch? Not just peas and carrots. Great tasting things. If so, drop your email.

Fasting: A Solemn Assembly – The Firstfruits Of The Year 2020

This month is the month where Saints, Christians, Believers push back their plates and enter into a solemn assembly unto God.

plate-159469_1280

A separation from the world.

A time of seeking the Lord, denying themselves, dedicating themselves to the Lord, hearing from the Lord, petitioning the Lord, etc.,

A firstfruits of the year.

Fast directives are different but the vital things are that it is of faith unto the Lord and that restriction and denying of oneself; the flesh is taking place.

Many fasts were called within the bible. It served a purpose. It was unto God.

Fasting unto God produces results. Spiritual, supernatural, and natural. It is a tool, a key, that God has given us to use and to operate within this world, against our flesh (who is also an enemy, and against the devil.

With the number of God’s people fasting during this time of the year, we shall see results! And it is so!

Tone Your Skin With This!

apple-cider-vinegar-3506650_1920

Years ago, I started using Apple Cider Vinegar, the kind that you purchase at the grocery store, that you use in your salads, that can be used to Bar-B-Que with,  in my hair within my natural hair routine.

During my natural hair research, I came across how apple cider vinegar helps with the porosity of your hair. So I incorporated it in my natural hair routine. While applying and rinsing my hair with the apple cider vinegar within my natural hair routine, I noticed how the residue of it falling on my face, TONED, my skin!

It is a natural toner! I incorporated it in my then and at a point later skin-care routine! (I do believe that you should switch up your routines. Your skin can become resistant to the product or products that you have been using, your skin can also change, and the product or products are not providing the results that you were experiencing before.) I would use it as toner after washing my face. Now the smell of it is something that you will have to get over or get use to, however, it brought me results.

There’s not a particular brand that I would recommend, apple cider vinegar, is apple cider vinegar, however, if you want a more potent type of apple cider vinegar, it is available, try a natural health food store in your area or Amazon, click on the  picture of Bragg Organic RAW – UNFILTERED APPLE CIDER With The “Mother”.

Please note, I am not a dermatologist, this is based off my own experience with my skin. Everyone’s skin is different and you would have to try it to see if it works for you!

So how do you try it? DO NOT APPLY APPLE CIDER VINEGAR BY ITSELF ON YOUR SKIN! DILUTE IT!

I used a spray bottle that you can purchase at the dollar store or any store for cheap. Dilute the apple cider with water in the spray bottle and spray it as a spritzer on your face and if you want to use it in your hair, do it this way as well! After you apply the “Apple Cider Vinegar Toner” rinse your skin thoroughly. Follow through with the rest of your skin care routine! Moisturize!

If you try the “Apple Cider Vinegar Toner” comment back and let me know!
