Today, I am sitting outside on a restuarant patio, without a home or a vehicle, listening to a FB Live of a church ministry. How opposite of my life before. Oh, how I hate not being able to attend church of my choosing, where I want to go and when I want to go.
Oh, how I miss being in the sanctuary, prayer, praise, praise team, praises unto God, choir, the WORD of God, prayer, fellowship. Until a little before COVIDq9, I had been out of physical in the building church attendance until I made the choice to attend, irregardless.
Being without a home and incoming income and revenue, living in a shelter and 24 hour drop in places #robbed me of Sunday physical church until I made the choice to attend irregardless of who didn’t want me to attend. Irregardless of my environment and life situation.
Another reason why I hate being without a home and genuine support in the things that “I” want to do and “pursue”.
If I had a vehicle, I could drive to where I want to go and when I want to go.
A home is vital to one’s daily life:
- Rest is done in a home.
- Physical Hygiene is done in a home.
- Relationships and support are in a home.
- Safety is found in most homes.
- Security is found in most homes.
- Storage, a place to keep and leave your things is at home.
- Protection is found in most homes.
- Home based business is in a home.
- Relaxation is in a home.
- Refuge is in a home.
- When you can’t go anywhere else, you can always go “home”.
Being without a home or homelessness robbed me of some things and the thief has been found. Now it must restore me back sevenfold.
But if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold; he shall give all the substance of his house. – Proverbs 6:31 KJV
