Maple Brown Sugar Honey Crunch n Oats With Almonds Cereal Peanut Butter Balls with EVOO


Ingredients

Peanut Butter

Instant Oatmeal Packs – Maple Brown Sugar

Midville Honey Crunch n Oats With Almonds Cereal (Available at Aldi)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

All items can be purchased at your local grocery store or grocery store of choice. You do not have to get the exact brand of cereal, for this recipe the Midville brand (An Aldi’s brand) was used.

Scoop   Peanut butter on a plate using a teaspoon.

Add      Instant Oatmeal to the peanut butter.

Add      Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Add     Honey Crunch n Oats with Almonds Cereal

Mix     Together with teaspoon.

Roll    Into bite size balls using the Maple Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal as a dusting into circular balls.

Make  Evenly circular shape balls.

Refrigerate For the mold of the circular shape balls to set.

Once set or cold, enjoy!

These are great for breakfast or a snack!

Breakfast/Brunch Muffins – Turkey Sausage Corn Bread Muffins ©


I started this post for this recipe two years ago, I’m finally releasing it to the world! Enjoy! 🙂

Breakfast / Brunch Muffins – Turkey Sausage Corn Bread Muffins©

An original recipe by yours truly.

They can be served for breakfast, brunch, or dinner!

Breakfast.Brunch Muffins - Turkey Sausage Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients

Turkey Sausage Links – Fully Cooked

Spinach

Shredded Cheese

Corn Bread/Muffin Mix

Egg

Milk

1. Microwave links. Chop finely

2. Pour Corn bread/muffin mix in bowl. Follow the manufacturer’s directions for the brand of cornbread/muffin mix you choose.

3. Add your finely chopped turkey links

4. Add your finely chopped spinach.

5. Add your shredded cheese.

For this recipe I used my sister’s MINI CUPCAKE MAKER!

A Healthy Breakfast!!!©


Here’s a quick, simple, and healthy breakfast that is delicious and filling!

Ingredients:

– 100% Whole Grain Old Fashion Oats
– Fresh Strawberries
– Fresh Blackberries
– 1 Banana (Use more depending on your serving size.)
– EVOO (In place of butter or margarine)
– Clover Honey
– Ground Cinnamon
– Ground Nutmeg
– Sliced Almonds

Directions:

Determine your serving size and prepare your oats.

Boil water and salt.
Stir in oats.
Cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. During this process stir in your EVOO, Ground Cinnamon & Ground Nutmeg.

Once your oats are prepared place your oats in the serving bowl. Add clover honey, stir.

Sprinkle slice almonds on top of the oats. Add blackberries, sliced strawberries, and sliced bananas on top of the oats.

Serve with wheat or multi-grain toast and enjoy!

Absolutely Delicious!
