Sautéed Portabella Mushrooms, Red Onions, Green Peppers in EVOO, placed on top of Organic Half Spring/Half Baby Spinach Salad Mix with Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Colby Cheese, and Nectarines!
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Organic Half Spring-Half Baby Spinach Salad Mix
Finely Shredded Colby Cheese
In a stove top pan, heat EVOO, add portabella mushrooms, green peppers, and red onion, sautee until desired.
Place the sauteed mix in top of the Organic Half Spring – Half Baby Spinach.
Add sliced Nectarines
Add Buttermilk Ranch Dressing or your choice of dressing.
