I came across this video in one of my old cell phones.

I made this video 02/17/2016, please excuse me, I said “02/19/2016” in the video.

This video is about healthy food items that I found at Kroger in the Manager’s Special Section!

I need to start back eating like this again! 💓

Today’s Inspirational Quote

Recognize and enjoy the “now” moments in your life.
Sometimes we spend alot of time worrying about our “tommorrow(s)” that we fail to enjoy our “today(s)”. – Bridget D. Webb

Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. – Matthew 6:34 (KJV)

Seasons…….

 As my first post of the year, I will keep it brief and leave room for the other things that I will be sharing with you! 🙂

Meanwhile…….I’m learning to recognize and appreciate “Seasons”.

As King Solomon so eloquently shared with us,

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven:

A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 (KJV)

Learning to recognize the “season” for each “purpose” is key!

And that my friend is what I am embracing….

Until Next Time,

Bridget
